【02.19-03.19】Applications for the establishment, renaming, trial operation transition to formal status, charter approval, and change of club type for student clubs for the second semester of the academic year 112-2 are accepted until March 19, 113.

I. Legal Basis:

2. NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY Enforcement Rules Governing the Probationary Period for Newly Established Autonomous Student Organizations and Student Clubs

II. Application Period: Applicants should submit the required documents to the designated locations from now until 5:00 PM on March 19, 2024 (Tue.). Late submissions or incomplete documents will not be accepted and will be returned in hard copy.

III. Submission Locations:
1. Main campus clubs: Student Activity Division, OSA (Room 102, 1st floor, Administration Building)
2. Medical campus clubs:Branch OSA, College of Medicine

IV. Application Contents:
1. This application includes the establishment or revival of clubs, renaming of clubs, transition from trial operation to formal status, amendment of charters, clubs without approved charters, and change of club types.

V. All applications must undergo review and approval by the Autonomous Student Organization and Student Club Counseling Committee  and administrative procedures before being officially announced. The estimated time for the Autonomous Student Organization and Student Club Counseling Committee meeting is on April 17, 2024, and the announcement is expected is expected around May.
